Good Leader

I think the most Important things for a leader to have is wisdom. any leader have to be a wise because any leader should have a very big responsibility and sometimes if anyone had a very big responsibility will be very over overwhelmed and eventually will be very stressed, and when someone get the stress will do a very bad things and the bad things is a result of the stress so the leader have to be wise and manage between the stress and the big responsibility.

Also every leader have to be very down to earth and have to keep himself in touch with his people, he have to be very close to them and see what do they need, what do they want, what do they think about the government.
